PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY OF THE INOXCON.PL WEBSITE

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The controller of personal data collected via the www.inoxcon.pl website is GMM INOX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Czarna (284B, 37-125 Czarna), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0001051330, NIP: 7011158872, REGON: 526051600 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

  2. The Controller attaches particular importance to the protection of users’ privacy and the security of the processing of their personal data, applying appropriate technical and organisational measures.

  3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.

§ 2. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING

The Controller processes users’ personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Handling quotation requests: Processing of data submitted via the contact form, e-mail or telephone in order to prepare an offer, specification and 3D model (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps necessary to enter into a contract).

  2. Recruitment: Processing of data contained in submitted application documents (CV) for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for vacant positions (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the candidate’s voluntary consent expressed by sending the documents).

  3. Marketing and contact: Maintaining business relationships with B2B Clients (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the Controller’s legitimate interest).

  4. Analytics: Collection of anonymised statistical data regarding website traffic in order to optimise the operation of the website (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

§ 3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The Controller collects only the data necessary to achieve the specified purposes, in particular:

  • In the contact form: first name, last name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number.

  • In the recruitment form: data contained in the curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter.

  • Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, time of visit (via cookies).

§ 4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  1. Contact and quotation data is stored for the duration of negotiations and for the period necessary to secure potential claims (in accordance with limitation periods applicable in B2B transactions).

  2. Recruitment data is stored until the end of the recruitment process for a given position and, where consent is given for future recruitment processes, for no longer than 12 months.

  3. Statistical data (cookies) is stored in accordance with the lifecycle of the files saved on the user’s device.

§ 5. DATA RECIPIENTS

Personal data may be disclosed only to trusted entities cooperating with the Controller:

  • IT service providers (hosting, e-mail support).

  • Entities providing advisory or accounting services (where a contract has been concluded).

  • The Controller does not sell or disclose data to third parties for marketing purposes.

§ 6. USER RIGHTS

Each data subject has the right to:

  • Access their data and receive a copy thereof.

  • Rectify (correct) their data.

  • Erase their data (“the right to be forgotten”) or restrict its processing.

  • Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).

  • Object to the processing of their data.

  • Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§ 7. COOKIES POLICY

  1. The inoxcon.pl website uses cookies (small text files saved on the user’s device).

  2. These files are used for:

    • Ensuring the proper functioning of the Website’s features.

    • Analysing traffic statistics (e.g. באמצעות Google Analytics tools).

  3. The user may change cookie settings in their browser at any time (blocking, deleting). However, restricting cookies may affect certain functionalities of the Website.
