Project description
The IC300 lifting column was designed and manufactured to Sanofi’s individual order, from the design stage to final execution. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 350 kg and has been equipped with a trapezoidal nut anti-failure system which, in the event of damage, stops the column in a given position, preventing the load from falling.

Project objectives
The IC300 lifting column was designed and manufactured to the client’s individual order, ensuring safety, ergonomics, and reliability in industrial work. The drive unit is a SEW 3F 2.2 kW motor with a TR 50×8 belt transmission, and the speed is regulated by automation and an inverter. The column is equipped with inductive sensors and a trapezoidal nut anti-failure system which stops the column in the event of damage, preventing the load from falling. The unit has dimensions of 2938 × 530 × 1734 mm and functions such as support position detection, smooth start and stop, and locking of rotation and lifting during movement.
The column can be further expanded according to the client’s needs, for example by changing column rotation from manual to mechanical, adding an internal pneumatic installation for peripheral devices, a digital readout of support position, or the possibility of measuring the net weight of the load. The structure combines high performance, full control over the lifting process, and operator safety.
