Project description
For DEC Poland, we designed and manufactured a 2000-litre process tank, capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -10°C to 120°C and at a working pressure of up to 3 bar. The tank was made of AISI 316L stainless steel, with surfaces prepared in accordance with the highest hygienic standards, ensuring safe and stable storage as well as processing of technological liquids in the aerospace industry.

Project objectives
For DEC Poland, we designed and manufactured a process tank tailored to demanding technological processes in the aerospace industry. The project was based on the client’s individual requirements regarding capacity, materials, and operating parameters in order to ensure safe and stable storage as well as processing of technological liquids.
The tank was made of high-quality stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and chemicals, and its contact surfaces were polished and prepared in accordance with hygienic standards. The unit was equipped with control systems for monitoring liquid level, temperature, and pressure, allowing for precise management of the technological process.
The entire scope of work included design, production, assembly, and final testing, ensuring full functionality, reliability, and safety in operation.
