This double-jacketed pressure vessel with a working capacity of 250L (0.25 m³) was custom-built to individual customer specifications – from planning and design to complete implementation. Engineered in accordance with the EN 13445 standard, it operates within a pressure range of -1 to 6 bar (test pressure 9.15 bar) and temperatures from 0 to +150°C.
A key aspect of the project was the use of corrosion-resistant Hastelloy C22 (2.4602) and rigorous surface finishes: product-contact internal surfaces achieved Ra ≤ 0.5 µm (electropolished), external surfaces reached Ra ≤ 1.0 µm, and welds were polished to Grade 2G.

Założenia projektu
The execution of this double-jacketed pressure vessel with a working capacity of 250L (0.25 m³) was based on a completely individual approach and full custom manufacturing according to the customer’s specifications – from the planning and design stage to final implementation. The main engineering assumption was to design the device in accordance with the rigorous EN 13445 standard, capable of safe operation under vacuum and pressure from -1 to 6 bar (test pressure 9.15 bar) and across a wide temperature range from 0 to +150°C.
The second key objective was the application of high-quality, corrosion-resistant Hastelloy C22 (2.4602) material and achieving uncompromising surface cleanliness. This required precise finishing: product-contact surfaces to a level of Ra ≤ 0.5 µm (with an electropolishing process), external surfaces to Ra ≤ 1.0 µm, and the grinding and polishing of all welds to class 2G, fully meeting strict hygienic and process standards.
