For DEC Poland, we designed and manufactured a pharmaceutical isolation chamber that meets the highest cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmaceutical industry. The unit was made of high-grade stainless/acid-resistant steel 1.4404 (316L), and its structure and equipment were fully tailored to the strictly defined requirements of the client, ensuring a controlled environment for technological processes.

Project objectives
The pharmaceutical chamber project for DEC Poland was developed based on key assumptions aimed at ensuring a safe, hygienic, and efficient working environment for pharmaceutical processes. The chamber was designed to meet stringent GMP standards and air cleanliness requirements for laboratories and production lines. The structure is made of high-grade stainless/acid-resistant steel 1.4404 (316L), resistant to chemicals and easy to keep hygienic. The project included precise control of pressure, temperature, and airflow, ensuring stable process conditions, as well as operator ergonomics, easy access to technological connections, HEPA filtration systems, and sight glasses enabling process observation without compromising sterility. The entire unit was prepared in such a way that the chamber is fully tailored to the individual requirements of the client, with the possibility of adjusting dimensions, additional equipment, and process connections.
The entire project included design, production, assembly, and final testing, ensuring full functionality, reliability, and compliance with the strict standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
