Project description

The scope of this successful project involved the design and comprehensive fabrication of two highly specialized process tanks, featuring full thermal insulation and a dedicated agitation system. The entire engineering and welding process—from the initial analysis of client specifications to the final quality assurance testing—was completed in 3 months, which required 2016 hours of precision work from our engineering and production teams. This project stands as an excellent example of our company’s flexibility and manufacturing capabilities in delivering custom-tailored industrial process equipment.

Project objectives

The primary objective of this project was to deliver fully customized equipment, engineered from the ground up, strictly according to individual specifications and technological guidelines provided by the client. Key emphasis was placed on integrating a high-performance, dedicated agitation system with a complete thermal insulation jacket. This configuration was designed to ensure maximum process efficiency, guaranteeing optimal media homogenization while maintaining a stable and controlled temperature within the vessels, which directly contributes to the safety and repeatability of the client’s production.

An equally essential foundation of the project was adhering to uncompromising hygienic standards and the highest level of external finish aesthetics. Within the internal structure of the tanks, the priority was to achieve precisely low surface roughness, which eliminates the risk of sediment accumulation and significantly facilitates sanitation processes. Externally, in line with the GMM INOX philosophy, the goal was to showcase impeccable welding craftsmanship by combining factory cold-rolled sheets with aesthetic, precision-executed cut-offs at weld lines, creating a cohesive and professional premium look for the entire system.

Technical specification

Details:

  • Construction material: Highest-quality austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 / AISI 304L with low carbon content.
  • Czas realizacji kontraktu: 3 miesiące.
  • Total engineering and production effort: 2,016 man-hours.
  • Internal surface roughness: $R_a \le 0.8\ \mu\text$ (ensuring a high sanitary profile).

  • External surface finish: 2B standard sheet metal (smooth, cold-rolled) with aesthetic, precision-executed cut-offs at weld lines.
  • Thermal insulation: Tanks fully covered with a hermetic insulation jacket to prevent energy losses.

  • Mechanical system: Integrated, dedicated process agitators installed strictly according to the client’s engineering guidelines.
