These versatile rectangular tanks with a conical bottom were manufactured to order and according to the individual specifications of the customer – from planning and design to full implementation. Made of high-quality 304L (1.4307) stainless steel with a satin finish and an internal and external roughness of Ra 1.6, they guarantee excellent corrosion resistance and high hygienic standards.

A thoughtful design with a bottom conical funnel and a central discharge nozzle enables complete emptying of the contents. The whole unit is mounted on a solid support frame adapted for handling with a forklift, and is equipped with a manhole with a clamp cover and transport handles. The tanks are ideal for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries for storing liquid, semi-liquid, and bulk raw materials.

The manufacturing of these rectangular stainless steel tanks was based on a fully individual approach and a complete custom-made process tailored to the customer’s specifications – from planning and design to final implementation. The primary design assumption was to create a versatile solution for the hygienic storage and transport of liquid, semi-liquid, and bulk raw materials for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. To achieve this, the tanks were equipped with a bottom conical funnel with a central discharge nozzle, which guarantees complete and hassle-free emptying of the contents.

The second key objective was to ensure maximum durability, safety, and convenience in logistical handling. The structure was made of high-grade 304L (1.4307) stainless steel with a satin finish and a uniform internal and external roughness of Ra 1.6, meeting rigorous sanitary and anti-corrosion requirements. The entire unit is mounted on a solid support frame made of stainless profiles adapted for forklift handling, equipped with functional transport handles and an upper inspection manhole with a clamp cover.
