Project Overview
The fabrication of a large-scale pharmaceutical chamber with a length of approx. 6.5 m is a high-complexity, custom-engineered project manufactured precisely to individual client specifications. A key engineering challenge was maintaining stringent flatness tolerances and minimizing thermal distortion in a complex welded assembly.
This demanding process also involved achieving an internal surface roughness of Ra 0.4 µm across numerous welds and internal corners. The result is a unique piece of equipment combining exceptional geometric precision with full compliance with GMP standards for the pharmaceutical industry.

Project Objectives
The execution of this large-scale pharmaceutical chamber, measuring approximately 6.5 m in length, required a fully bespoke approach and end-to-end control throughout the entire manufacturing process. The primary engineering objective was to design and fabricate a complex weldment capable of maintaining flawless geometry, stringent flatness tolerances, and dimensional stability despite inherent thermal distortion and material stresses.
The second key objective was to achieve uncompromising internal surface quality, which posed a massive technological challenge in such a complex assembly. In compliance with strict GMP standards for the pharmaceutical sector, the project had to meet the highest hygienic requirements, including achieving a precise internal surface roughness of Ra 0.4 µm across numerous welds, internal corners, and process connections.
