September 4, 2026, will go down in GMM INOX history as one of the most important milestones in our company’s development. We have officially signed the contract with the general contractor and kicked off the construction of a modern complex that will dramatically increase our production capacity and allow us to respond even faster to growing market demand. This investment, with a total value of 11 million PLN, is our direct response to the dynamic surge in orders and the constantly rising, rigorous requirements of our business partners.
The market for advanced stainless and acid-resistant process equipment is developing at a lightning pace. As a company that has prioritized uncompromising quality, engineering reliability, and complete tailoring of projects to individual customer specifications for years, we have earned the trust of leading brands in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. To maintain our momentum and ensure the execution of subsequent large-scale contracts, we made the decision to comprehensively expand our infrastructure.
The Scale of the Investment in Numbers
The newly constructed facility has been designed with a focus on maximum optimization of logistical, production, and engineering processes. The entire investment embodies modern industrial architecture:
- Investment value: 11,000,000 PLN
- New production hall: 1,688 m² of operational space
- Two-story office building: 1,500 m² of modern space for the design department, QA, and administration
- Planned completion date: Q2 2027
Boost to the Local Market: Dozens of New Jobs
The expansion of our plant is not just about larger square footage and modern machinery; above all, it is about the people who create the quality of GMM INOX. This new investment will provide a powerful boost to the local labor market. We plan to create a total of several dozen additional jobs, opening up broad career prospects for specialists from Łańcut, Czarna, Rzeszów, and the surrounding areas.
Who will we be looking for to join our expanded team? Stable employment and the opportunity to grow through prestigious projects for international brands will await, among others:
- 3D Designers / Structural Engineers – engineers responsible for creating digital equipment models and performing precise technological analyses tailored to individual client specifications,
- Welders (TIG / MAG) – certified experts in welding high-quality stainless and acid-resistant steel, ready to work on demanding hygienic equipment joints,
- Fitters and Precision Locksmiths – professionals with an exceptional mechanical sense who prioritize absolute dimensional accuracy and attention to detail geometry,
- Turners and Millers (Mechanical Department) – specialists in precision machining, responsible for operating lathes, milling machines, and drill presses in the manufacturing of key components for our systems.
By investing in local talent, we aim to build a strong, cohesive team rooted in exceptional craftsmanship and modern engineering expertise.
Next-Generation Facility: Standards Tailored for the Pharmaceutical and Food Industries
The planned production hall spanning nearly 1,700 m² will be far more than just a standard warehouse or workshop space. From the very first lines drawn on the drafting boards, it is being designed as a highly specialized facility. It will be fully adapted to the strictest global hygiene and quality standards required for manufacturing advanced high-purity equipment.
The new production space will allow us to implement further innovations in:
- Building advanced process tanks: The hall will be equipped with a modern machinery park, dedicated TIG/MAG welding stations, and assembly zones featuring rigorous cleanliness controls and protection against cross-contamination from carbon steel.
- Manufacturing pharmaceutical chambers and isolators: The specific nature of the pharma industry demands absolute dimensional precision and flawless weld structures. The new space will provide ideal conditions for the assembly and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of equipment operating in cleanrooms.
- Comprehensive execution “under one roof”: The new infrastructure will allow us to integrate all project stages even more smoothly—from CAD design, through precise laser cutting and heavy-gauge plate rolling, all the way to certified welding and advanced finishing (grinding, chemical passivation).
Modern Engineering Infrastructure
Running parallel to the production hall, a modern, two-story office building covering 1,500 m² is taking shape. This is where our expanded engineering and design department as well as the Quality Assurance (QA) team will find their new home.
We believe that proximity and seamless communication between designers and the production team are the keys to eliminating errors at every stage of execution. The larger office space will allow us to bring on board additional specialists, engineers, and technologists who will ensure that every piece of equipment leaving the GMM INOX plant is crafted precisely to the individual specifications and highest standards of our business partners.
