June 19, 2026, will go down in GMM INOX history as a landmark milestone in our corporate development. We have officially broken ground on a state-of-the-art facility, which will significantly scale up our production capacity, enabling us to respond more efficiently to increasing market demand. This 10 million PLN investment is our direct response to the dynamic surge in orders and the ever-growing, rigorous technical requirements of our clients.

The market for advanced stainless and acid-resistant steel process equipment is evolving at an unprecedented pace. As a company committed to uncompromising quality, engineering integrity, and tailoring every project to the customer’s exact specifications, we have earned the trust of leading brands across the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors. To maintain our momentum and ensure the successful delivery of upcoming large-scale contracts, we have committed to a comprehensive expansion of our infrastructure.

Investment scale in numbers

The newly designed facility focuses on maximizing the optimization of our logistics, production, and engineering workflows. The entire project encompasses a modern industrial architectural framework:

  • Investment value: 10,000,000 PLN
  • New production hall: 1,688 m² of operational floor space
  • Two-story office building: 1,500 m² of modern space dedicated to our design, QA, and administrative departments
  • Planned completion date: Q2 2027

A boost to the local market: Dozens of new career opportunities

Facility expansion goes beyond increased floor area and modern machinery; it is primarily about the people who uphold the quality of GMM INOX. This new investment serves as a significant catalyst for the local labor market. We plan to create several dozen additional jobs in total, opening up wide professional prospects for specialists from Łańcut, Czarna, Rzeszów, and surrounding towns.

Who are we looking for to join our expanded team? Stable employment and professional development opportunities on prestigious projects for international brands will be available for, among others:

  • 3D Designers / Mechanical Engineers – engineers responsible for creating digital device models and conducting precise technological analysis tailored to individual client specifications,
  • Welders (TIG / MAG) – certified experts in high-quality stainless and acid-resistant steel welding, prepared to work on demanding sanitary equipment joints,
  • Fitters and Precision Locksmiths – professionals with an excellent technical sense, for whom absolute dimensional accuracy and attention to component geometry are paramount,
  • Turners and Millers (Mechanical Department) – specialists in precision machining, responsible for operating lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines in the production of critical system components.

By investing in local talent, we aim to build a strong, cohesive team based on unique craftsmanship and modern engineering knowledge.

Next-generation facility: Standards tailored for the pharmaceutical and food industries

The newly designed hall, spanning nearly 1,700 m², will be far from an ordinary warehouse or workshop space. From the initial design phase, it is being developed as a highly specialized facility. It will be fully compliant with the most stringent global hygiene and quality standards applicable to the production of advanced high-purity equipment.

Our new production area will enable us to implement further innovations in:

  • Construction of advanced process vessels: The hall will be equipped with a modern machine park, dedicated TIG/MAG welding stations, and assembly zones with rigorous cleanliness controls to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Production of pharmaceutical chambers and isolators: The pharma industry requires absolute dimensional precision and perfect weld integrity. The new space will provide ideal conditions for the assembly and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of equipment operating in cleanrooms.
  • “Under one roof” comprehensiveness: The new infrastructure will allow us to integrate all project stages more seamlessly – from CAD design, through precision laser cutting and heavy-gauge plate rolling, to certified welding and advanced finishing processes (grinding, chemical passivation).

Modern engineering facilities

Simultaneously with the production hall, a modern, two-story office building of 1,500 m² is being constructed. This will be the new hub for our expanded engineering and design department as well as our Quality Assurance (QA) team.

We believe that close proximity and seamless communication between designers and production staff are key to eliminating errors at every stage of execution. Increased office space will allow us to onboard additional specialists, engineers, and technologists, who will ensure that every piece of equipment leaving the GMM INOX facility is manufactured strictly according to the individual specifications and the highest standards of our business partners.

What does this mean for our clients?

Through this investment, our current and future clients gain a guarantee of:

  1. Increased flexibility – we will be able to execute even larger and more complex serial and custom projects simultaneously.
  2. Faster lead times – optimized logistics within the new hall will reduce the production process to a minimum.
  3. Uncompromising legal and technical safety – full infrastructure compliant with Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) requirements, GMP and HACCP norms, as well as EHEDG standards.

Construction has already begun, and we look forward to the future with excitement as we count down the months to the second quarter of 2027. We thank our clients for the trust that fuels our development, and we invite future employees to follow our upcoming recruitment processes – this space is being built with you in mind!
